Founder and driving force behind Tecnomarine’s relaunch. Owner of Terranova Yachts, with direct experience in the design, construction and delivery of premium aluminium motor yachts. Leads strategic direction, product development and project execution.
Paolo Bencivenni
Over twenty-five years of international experience across the marine and industrial sectors, with leadership roles in yacht building, defence and manufacturing. Leads commercial strategy and international sales.
Michele Dragoni
Naval designer specialising in modern motor yachts. Through Dragoni Design Lab, an approach uniting aesthetics, function and performance — responsible for concept design and exterior styling across the range.
Gianni Daloia
Naval engineer with deep expertise in engineering and structural development. Through Studio Daloia, responsible for naval engineering, structural integrity and technical coordination with the yards.
